Eco Dune- Creative garden competition in Wuhan, China

Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province is a fast growing city, speckled with scenic hills on its mostly
plain terrain. Our proposal is looking at the topography of the urban landscape of Wuhan and
introducing an exciting new typology for the Wuhan Expo-Park. We named the project the
ECO DUNE, a unique urban landscaping garden that rises above the ground providing multiple
viewpoints to the surrounding scenery while inviting the public to participate in activating the site
all day long. The ECO DUNE is an ecological project, designed as a showcase for environmental
awareness and putting the emphasis on human interaction.
