Ben Avigdor Lofts

Located in an old diamond polishing factory that was vacant for many years, the Ben Avigdor lofts were designed and built by collaboration between architect, Avi Laiser and a structural engineer, Amir Shwarz.

Ben Avigdor lofts are located in the vicinity of Tel-Aviv’s Business district in a cluster of industrial buildings from the 50’s with large openings, exposed concrete slabs and high ceilings. This area has the potential to become a vibrant live/work neighborhood for artists, designers, young professionals and day workers of local workshops.
